These pillows say washable in the online desc but each has a tag that says "do not wash". I spent a lot of time in a chat and had more than 1 agent pop up taking addtl time. I was told different actions that would happen re:this issue. I spent much time taking pictures to send. Finally when another agent entered the chat to review lots of notes on this issue, I ended the chat to do other things. I did get a small refund ... probably from my orig. attempt to report the issue (AI). The pillows were highly compressed so returning would be difficult as its all sending items & I can't compress. WARNING: THESE SAY DO NOT WASH. Now I have 2 pillows I'm likely to give away and definitely do not want them to send me another order of the same pillows (AI wanted to send another shipment and waive return hence the chat).

Disappointed this product was suggested to me on the cart and it was the wrong size for my pillows. Now I am stuck with a product I will not use.

Made in China, MUST be hand washed and air dried. NOT likely to buy again.
