I never received this mattress in the photo, the people at Mayfair argued with my that it was the right one instead of looking at the pictures I sent showing 2 completely different mattresses! Finally I got them to send me a replacement...the sent the same one again!! They they were arguing with my that i had to return it..how was a supposed to return a mattress that came in a box and was not a full size bed I have a small car. Than after I argued my point I finally got a refund. Which I did not want..I wanted the bed in the photo..I am now stuck with this rock hard bed they sent me that literally kills my lower back every night. I wake up each day in pain..I don't know what mattress they made me keep but that is not it and it is super firm and feels like im sleeping on a roak and now im stuck with it!! Thanks wayfair! Could have just sent me the mattress I picked out and payed for!! I will never order another mattress from them again! I did just order a chair from them and that came damaged so every time I order from here its some kind of problem!

Terrible!! So soft I sank in. I feel like it's defective based on reviews which are great. I don't recommend at all!! Now they want me to pay to return this piece of junk that can't even be slept on .

All the mattresses that I have purchased from Wayfair were excellent, but the most recent one I bought , has the exact firmness that my back needs ,thanks I'm a very happy customer.

First-of-all, I had no idea that I was sleeping on a “bad” mattress until I got a new one! This mattress is firm. It came shrink wrapped and rolled up. It fully expanded overnight. Again, not to overstate it, but this mattress is firm. If that is your preference, you will be pleased with this purchase.
