The mattress comes up tightly packaged and the instructions say to allow 72 hours to expand. I thought the mattress would be firmer since its medium firm but its rather soft. When laying on it, you kind of sink in which for me is not good since I have neck and back issues. I gave it a few days sleeping on it but because it was so soft my neck started hurting more than usual. I am disappointed with the firmness so I wont be using it. The bed is also bouncy like the old mattresses since it does have springs. If I was still a kid I would of wanted to jump on it lol. This is a good mattress if you are looking for a softer mattress and dont have any back or neck issues.

This is a soft and very comfortable mattress! The quilted design on the top is a nice touch. It does have springs on the bottom which leads to a slightly bouncy mattress overall, but it is very comfortable to sleep on. Its perfect for any platform bed. Highly recommend!

It’s bouncy! First of all be very careful where you open the bag in the box. It’s not like the full foam ones that slowly expand out. This thing basically explodes. Contents under pressure!!! It’s light weight and was easy to get upstairs but it’s mostly springs and a bit of foam at the top. My daughter loves it but I don’t think I would want it. It’s just a bit flimsy.

This mattress popped to full size immediately! It is comfortable if you like super soft mattresses. You sink right into it. I know it says medium, but it is definitely softer than a typical medium. The 12” height is nice and should work on most frames.

The mattress opened up at nearly 11 inches and I let it poof up for a few days before sleeping on it. I get very hot when I sleep and usually wake up tossing and turning. I have slept very well and have gotten deep sleep on this mattress. I am very pleased with how cool it has kept me. Per my smart watch, my sleep score has improved after using this mattress.
