Comes with the foam and a bamboo cover. Great product, very comfortable and soft. Also, very good quality. The bamboo cover protects really well

This was a perfect replacement for an existing mattress in our guestroom. It is soft yet firm enough to be comfortable for most people. The packaging allowed us to lift it easily over an upstairs banister. As soon as the packing was removed it popped up and was ready to go.

This is the perfect mattress for the daybed we picked up from Wayfair! It arrived neatly packed and vacuum sealed. The mattress is plush, not too firm. It’s just comfy enough for a guest bedroom—we don’t want them to move in, after all!

This mattress is THHHIIIIIIIIICCCCCC! I guess I didn't realise how deep 12 inches is, but I definitely understand why manufacturers make a big deal of telling you the thickness now. I put this mattress on an 18-inch bed frame, and I practically need a running start to get in bed. (For reference, I'm 5'6 and the mattress is a few inches below my hip) I personally don't mind making a little leap to get into bed. But if you have mobility challenges, you should put this mattress on a low frame. Other than that, it's quite soft; I would say closer to medium than medium firm. Give it at least 48 hours to fluff up (72 hours is recommended). One other thing: the mattress is black, which might be a nice feature if you anticipate spills.

Package arrived quickly and undamaged. Mattress came vacuum sealed and rolled. Setup was very quick and easy for one person. Mattress looks quite nice and is very soft and comfortable. It isn’t as deep as some mattresses so all fitted sheets stay properly. Would recommend.
