if you put a lot of kneading and fluffing into this pillow it will become more and more comfy. i also put it in the drying on no heat setting just to get all the memory foam shred to loosen up. a little firm but snuggly at the same time. at first the smell was strong but it went away after i let it air out. pillow cover is very soft. i would definitely recommend.

Not enough stuffing. Fluffed in dryer 5 seperate times on low for 15 mins.. Took to long 2 fluff lost some of the stuffing it was already low on!! Wont buy from this vendor again
