Good quality, perfect size. Wrong size was initially sent in, but it was quickly corrected by sending the right size.

Wayyyy thinner than I was expecting. I must not have read the specifications correctly - it’s basically flat.

I’m a sucker for a gorgeous goose down comforter, however… this thing crackles so loudly every time you move that wakes me up. We put it in the dryer for a while to see if we can soften it up, but that wasn’t very successful. It’s like there’s an incredible amount of starch on the external part of the comforter that contains all the feathers and stuff. It’s still really stuff against your body as well. I really wanted to Love it for the price but I’m not feeling the love. We bought two of these one for a guestroom, and one for our main bedroom. We’re sending one of them back however, I am OK with our guests not sleeping well enough to continue staying very long because we live in a beautiful vacation Mecca and sometimes we really just want to be alone! Maybe that’s the secret to owning this comforter. )

Overall I like this duvet. The filling is sewn in to squares so it stays in place which is great. The fabric has a strange crinkle noise to it, even after washing, which makes me think it’s not really cotton. I’m also not certain what the filling is. The website description says goose down but the tag on the duvet shows goose down and then lists 100 polyester. See picture. I like that it has the ties so you can attach a duvet cover and it stays in place. I’ve been using this duvet for a month and I like. It’s got a good weight to it and is great for cold Midwest winters.
