They are firm and kinda smelly but there are four of them and im addicted to pillows so this one was a win!

The set of bamboo memory form pillows are so soft. They come with a pillowcase covering for protection. The pillow accommodates any type of sleeper, stomach, black or side. Your pillow plumpness can be adjusted by adding or removing the gel infused foam for your comfort. They provide full support for your head and neck. The pillows are machine washable in cold water. The pillows resist odor.

Ordered these pillows in the queen and king sizes. Comes tightly packed and fluffs up rather quickly once removed from packaging. They are very firm with all of the stuffing however the option to customize the filling to achieve desired comfort level makes for the perfect pillow! The covers launder very well. I use white bedding and prefer pillows that do not have bold lettering or designs so I found it necessary to double up on the pillow protectors in order to prevent any show-thru. Great quality pillows for the price!
