My mother really loves her new bed easier for her to get out of bed

I'm very happy the purchase. I bought this for my mom who hated her hospital bed. You do have the flip the bed over to sync the remote but once it's connected, it has been smooth sailing. I was able to get her a thick mattess and help make her feel more human!

Did not work even with trouble shooting, hoping the replacement parts help!
