Mattress is soft, gives no support throughout the body of the mattress. When crawling into bed placing your knee hand or elbow to adjust position, the mattress sinks in that location significantly, as though one might sink through the mattress. As for the advertised "Mattress Edge Support" sitting on the edge of the bed results in it's compresses down to the "box spring" this is quite concerning, as like most people I get dressed in my bedrooms and I sit on the edge of the bed to pot on articles of clothing, an edge that bottoms out like this will no doubt fail over time. As it turns out there are NO springs in the "box spring" it is nothing more than an upholstered frame with slats and mesh like fabric top and bottom with slats. This pore excuse of a "box spring" is the number one contributing factor, to the failure of the mattress, as the advertisement specifically states that a box spring is needed. Thus nothing more than slats very widely spaced are not supporting the mattress itself. As a result I have had to place a 3/4" piece of plywood between the mattress and box spring. This has improved the over all support of the mattress but by no stretch of the imagination would I consider this a "firm" mattress. Noree does it address the lack of side support as it still sinks down to the "box spring" when weight is applied to the edge of the bed. Last but not least... Shrinkflation the "full size" mattress is not full size any longer, my sheets that did fit my old 6" thick full size mattress, now look like they are being modeled by a child playing dress up in there parents clothing.

I really, really like the mattress and box spring. I am pretty particular and I’m so glad I bought these.
