Arrived quickly in very compact box - expands like shot out of a cannon. Very firm. Squeaky. The coils can be felt from the sides. It does have a strong chemical smell so I would recommend airing it out before using or covering with a sheet. It does fly open very fast because of the metal springs. Set it up on the bed so that it will unroll to cover the bed or on a floor but do not stand in front of it. This is so fast and powerful it will hurt someone badly. It will pop open before you finish making the first cut across so be prepared. The material on the top seems soft just very firm. Overall a firm mattress - I do like the ease of getting it to the room it will be in - will be difficult to move after it opens hoping the smells fades with time

The mattress came in a very long, heavy, awkward to move around box. The instructions were very precise so please, when cutting the bag after you lay it flat on your bed, WATCH OUT, it practically jumps off the bed. Please have no small children around to be on the safe side. We waited 48 hours to completely deflate to put bed dressings on and sleep on it.The first thing we did was tested the sides for stability because we had ordered two mattresses previously but had to donate them because we literally slid off the bed because without supported sides, that’s what happens. I made sure I read where it said this mattress has side supports and boy were we disappointed to see that it too had the issue of no side supports.(see pictures). My husband was barely pushing. We are also running into trouble with the mattress sliding forward, backwards and side to side. I had donated the previous two mattresses to a woman’s shelter and will do so with this one as well. I suppose we will just have to save up and pay the big bucks to hopefully find a hybrid mattress that has good end and side supports.

The mattress set up was very easy and convenient. It came tightly wrapped in plastic and once I cut open the packaging, it unrolled almost instantly. I was pleasantly surprised that the mattress did not need any additional time to fully inflate or take its shape, so it was ready to use right away. The setup process was straightforward and required very little effort. The mattress is definitely on the firmer side. When I first tried it, it felt very firm, but after sleeping on it for a couple of nights, it seemed to break in and become more comfortable. I also appreciate the firmness because it provides good support without feeling completely rigid. The individual coils also make a noticeable difference in the overall comfort of the mattress. They provide support while still allowing the mattress to have some give, making it comfortable to sleep on throughout the night. Overall, I have been very happy with the mattress. It is supportive, comfortable, and was extremely easy to set up. Most importantly, I consistently get a good night's sleep on it, which is ultimately what I was looking for in a mattress.

What very comfortable heavy mattress. I put a mattress cover on .Thats the reason I didnt take a full picture of it laying on the bed..Its nice and thick and definitely need deep pocket sheets.I love that it has gel inside of the mattress. I definitely slept alot better on this mattress...Great product from wayfair.
