Very comfy! Upgraded from a twin bed to a queen, and was worried the wider surface would make it more likely to droop in the middle, but so far so good. Good balance with the hybrid and good support for my lower back.

Fantastic delivery. Easy set up, comes with a handy letter opener to assist in the plastic encasing removal. Once it is fully opened expansion happens rapidly. The instructions encourage a 72 hour wait to fully inflate, but I would say 90% of inflation happens within the hour. Its a dream to sleep on, and the cooling layer definitely works. The mattress is very heavy FYI so have plenty of help to move it into position and remove the packaging. Love it.

The mattress was delivered really fast. After sitting for 24hours it was completely firm. It’s the first time I’ve had a king size bed, so there’s plenty of room. It’s extremely comfortable and I’ve been getting great sleep.

I chose this queen mattress for our house in the mountains that we have on a rental platform. It arrived to my residence undamaged and packed very well. It sat in the box compressed in my car trunk for a couple of days until I could get a break in renters to go into the rental house and get this mattress in place. It opened quickly and is mostly fluffy in the 24 hours recommended by the manufacturer. I'm still going to give it another day or 2 because I think it may come up a little more then what's in the photos. Most importantly, it was quite comfortable when I gave it a test run with a short nap. Oh, and there's no smells you read about with compressed-shipped mattresses! Yeah! Because that was a big concern!! Gone are the days of having to wait 2 months when ordering furniture and praying it'll arrive on time and undamaged, plus having to pay for shipping and tipping the delivery drivers! So happy I can order from Wayfair, have things delivered in small boxes to my regular residence so I can transport to my vacation rental property because furniture stores won't deliver their large pieces to my area because they can't get their big delivery trucks up a dirt road mountain driveway over a mile from the highway! This mattress gave me the best nights sleep I have had in years! I purchased the 12” firm and it truly is a 12” high firm mattress. It comes compressed and I left it as you see it in the picture for the full 72 hours as the manufacturer recommends. I would highly recommend this mattress.
