The mattress is great, it arrived quickly and was super easy to set up. It expanded as expected and the size is what was ordered. The mattress itself is more firm in my opinion but provides lots of support and a good night's sleep.

The Evann 1012” medium firm mattress with cooling gel and pocket coils is very nice for the price. As mentioned in the other reviews it is somewhat bouncy but when you’re laying on it is supportive. We just ordered a 3” topper that made it even better. It was vacuum sealed for easy moving and we just used the included tool to get through the plastic wrap. Worked like a charm and was an appreciated addition. Make sure to use the tool and not scissors to unwrap to keep the mattress safe. We purchased the 12”. I would recommend

I’m happy with this mattress so far. It has a nice medium-firm feel and is comfortable without being too soft or too firm. The memory foam and pocket coils provide good support, and I like that it helps minimize motion when someone moves around. It also has a nice cooling feel compared to other mattresses I’ve tried. Overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, and a great value for the price.

The Evann Medium Firm Hybrid mattress is shipped in a box. After allowing 48 hours for expansion this mattress offers a comfortable and supported nights sleep. The edge support is nice and allows you to enjoy the entire mattress surface. Motion isolation is ok and could be improved.

It’s rare that we are disappointed with the quality of a product purchased from Wayfair, but unfortunately, this is one of those times. This is our fourth mattress from Wayfair, and our previous experiences have been good. The mattress arrived in packaging that was torn and not in great condition, although the mattress itself was wrapped well in plastic. After opening it, we noticed that the length was about 2–3 inches shorter than the advertised size even after 72 hours (as recommended for breathing). The biggest disappointment, however, is the quality. You can actually feel the springs and wires through the mattress, which makes it feel very low quality and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this mattress. We have generally had good experiences with Wayfair, but we are highly disappointed with this purchase.
