Not too firm not too soft. Love the coil and gel combo of this mattress. Comes in a box. Goes from flat as a pancake to poof full size within seconds literally. Perfect mattress.

Bed is very comfortable. Its firmness is perfect for me and I slept comfortable. It took less than 2 hours to rise. I waited 48 hours before laying on it. It did have a slight odor.

This mattress is absolutely wonderful and a great upgrade from what I previously had! It took about a day and a half to fully inflate but once it did boy did I sleep sooo much better than before! I highly recommend!!

This 12 in Medium Firm Hybrid Queen sized Mattress, Gel Memory, Foam and Individual Pocket Coils Mattress in a box works well in my grandkids room. After laying on it I think it is a bit thin for adults. I can kind of feel the coils in the bottom. It is a nice mattress, but I think it would be better for adults in a 16 in. I have a 16 in. without the springs and I like it better. It is all foam. I was surprised how easy it sets up. You just take it out of the box, cut off the plastic outside film, and it starts to unroll. You don’t need a box-springs with this mattress. So, it works well with a lot of the modern bedframes with wooden slats. It is for side, back and stomach sleepers. It has many layers of gel and foam. This mattress is a hybrid type with breathable and cooling technology. It starts with a breathable cover, the next layer below that is a fireproof sponge (which shields the inner layers from flames), then wavy foam that relieves body pressure, gel memory foam that sinks to the shape of your body, then high density foam, and lastly pocket springs that fit your body curve. The mattress size is 60'' W X 80'' L X 12'' D and the weight capacity for the entire mattress is 650 lbs. It has reinforced edges that help to keep it from caving in around the edge of the mattress. And lastly it has a warranty for 10 years. I think it is a good mattress for a guest room, but I would get a thicker one for my main bed.
