So sorry, but not impressed. These pillows have been out for over a week. Have tried to fluff them. No luck. Just stayed flat. Ordered something different and love them. These are not for me. ***EDIT The Seller reached out to me and provided me with another set of pillows. I was quite surprised to not only receive a letter, but a new set (different brand), totally unsolicited. The new pillows are exactly what I was looking for and fluffed up immediately. I am thrilled with the customer service (personalized letter - not a form letter), and Seller took it upon themselves to try to make this order right without me asking. The only reason I left 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the original pillows. Had I ordered the 2nd set originally, 5 stars all the way. Thank you, Seller, for going out of your way to make this right!!
