This pillow is garbage. Shipped by the manufacturer folded in a small box and never lofted up to full height, plus had a giant fold compression in the middle that never rose back to what should be its normal height. Pillow is softer and thinner than advertised.

Folded in half on arrival, wouldn't unfold. Smelled so bad I threw it out. Still waiting on a refund from 8 months ago

I wasn’t so sure about this pillow when I ordered it~ I never had something with a cutout like it before. I LOVE it. It’s the perfect mix of fluffy and firm, and as a side sleeper my shoulder and neck love the cutout portion. I am a CPAP wearer and have found that this pillow makes that even more enjoyable.

I would like to return it. It doesn't have the loft I thought it would have. I'm disappointed, but can't spend this much money on something I won't use.

For the price of this pillow the quality is not very good. When it came it was vacuum sealed and folded in half and 2 weeks later they still the crease hasn’t left which causes the pillow to fold. Besides that the pillow is very flat and is uncomfortable. Dry disappointed.
