The quality of the product seems quite good however there were a couple of disappointments. 1 they come packaged folded in half. When you open them up the middle of the pillow remains indented where it was folded. This is where your head goes. This makes it feel very thin. 2 Generally it is not very thickdeep so does not feel substantial or supportive.

I cannot believe that they folded my pillow in half to place it in a smaller box to ship it... this is utterly ridiculous!!! It has been 24hrs and the pillow still will not fully uncrease in the middle - the beautiful cooling pillow I wanted is forever damaged by the idiots who packed it and I will never get to sleep on the pillow that cost me $140!!! The memory foam firm support pillow is crushed in the middle - how can I sleep on a crushed are in the middle of my pillow?!?!? I want a FULL REFUND NOW!

Very comfortable. Stays cool and firmness is just right.

Pillow came packaged in a tiny box which completely flattened the pillow. We opened it up and gave 24 hours hoping the pillow would expand but it still stayed flat in the middle with a huge crease in the middle of the pillow. No thanks, returning this one.

The pillow is firm and comfortable. It’s my first memory foam pillow so I guess I need to get use to the way it conforms to me and it’s flatness. I can’t give higher than 3 stars because I need more time with the pillow. It’s ok but I’m not sure if it works for me.
