Ordered through the Tried True program. Fast shipping. The mattress pad itself seems to be great quality. Very soft and still able to protect the mattress. Only 4 stars because it was shipped in a thin plastic bag that tore open during shipping so the mattress pad arrived dirty.

This mattress pad is very soft and comfortable under my sheets! But why I really wanted it is because it’s made in an environmentally-friendly way. I definitely recommend this mattress pad for its soft material and eco-friendly design.

No inside packaging other then delivery bag. Mattress cover fits my Queen bed without any trouble applying. It is 100% polyester but has a microfiber feel to it. Supposed to resist stains but doesn't say it's waterproof. Stitching intact. No smell noticed. Putting it on my guest bed to protect mattress as it is not used much.

The terry cloth waterproof mattress pad is awesome! It washed and dried perfectly with no fraying. It is thick and the little cushion pockets are very comfortable. I have an “eight sleep” mattress which is very comfy but I replaced the smart mattress topper with this and my bed is amazingly comfortable! Will buy more for my other bedrooms!
