Strap did break but great for dorm room beds.

Seems to be making a difference for my grandson. He has trouble sleeping so we thought this would help. He seems to like it. The price was reasonable.

I ordered this topper looking to make my bed softer and it never fully recovered to 2 inches. It went to about 1 inch. I laid it in the sun (Arizona) and nothing. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it so I’m just keeping it.
