I WOULD GIVE THIS TOPPER ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I saw a few 1 star reviews and mostly dismissed them because of all the 4 and 5 star reviews. I honestly thought the 1 star review people just hadn't followed the instructions or given the topper time to expand... NOPE. My photos were taken after following all instructions. I laid the topper flat for 24+ hours, I shook and patted and fluffed, and I sent the topper through a quick dryer cycle. This thing isn't an inch thicker than it was coming out of the package. The center of the topper (aka the part I'd be laying on the most...) hasn't expanded AT ALL. This thing is nowhere near the 4" promised. I laid on it and could literally feel the ground beneath me. A few folded blankets provide more cushioning than that! All the reviews talking about how it's ~like laying on a cloud~?!?!?!?! Absolutely not. These people clearly did not receive the same product I did. And to add insult to injury, Wayfair wanted me to pay $8 just to return this junk! I had to report the item as defective to receive my full refund... Just take all this into consideration if you decide to ignore the bad reviews and give this topper the benefit of the doubt like I did!

Pleasantly surprised with this one! It does puff up a ton, but you really have to follow the instructions. I shook it out, let it sit for almost 2 days, and then put it in the dryer for 15 mins. The dryer made all the difference and now it’s super soft!

The size of this was definitely not a twin. There was so much overhang on all sides that I had to double-check I wasn’t sent the wrong one. We got this for our elderly mother and this is unsafe to have this much excess topper overhanging her bed. Extremely disappointed.
