I specifically bought this mattress pad because it had a cover. But because of the cover the mattress pad would not stay on the mattress throughout the night. By morning it would slide almost halfway off the bed and caused me to fall out of the bed. The straps will not hold the mattress pad onto the mattress. I ended up taking the pad off to see if it would stay on without it and it did. The pad is fairly firm but not stiff. I was disappointed to find out that only 1 inch of the pad is memory phone, and the other 2 inches is some cheap dense foam. I’m extremely unhappy with this purchase. I tried to return it, but Wayfair wanted me to not only pay for the shipping, but also I had to somehow get a queen size mattress pad back into the tiny box that it came in. It was shipped vacuum packed and there’s no way I could get back in the box I have made other purchases in the past and returns had always been free. I didn’t know that that policy changed and I will not be purchasing anything again. They offered me a tiny little discount to keep the product and that was it. Very disappointed with this purchase and failed return.

Did not meet expectations! Smelled like plastic. The foam was creased from being folded.

Product was perfect for the purpose I purchased it. Thank you Wayfair Rep for your recommendation.
