The mattress came very well packaged. It was easy to handle and place on bed. The straps keep it in place firmly. The mattress is extremely comfortable. My only issue is its not as thick as I thought it would be.

This is the second one of these I have purchased and they are so fantastic! They keep their shape over the years and are easy to move and clean as well! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!!!!

This five inch mattress topper is very soft and comfortable, but still feels supportive. First night sleep on it and I really like it so far. It comes rolled up tight in a medium sized box. It took a couple hours for it to”fluff up”. It is nice and cool to the touch. My dog likes it as well!

Thought it would be a little firmer. Might be my mattress but had to take off the cover to get it to stay on the bed. Straps didnt keep it on.
