Love that it's totally organic cotton! A very soft and large pillow with no chemicals used..great!

But -- it is very heavy and longer than I like. I did read about the weight and length and I did not realize how awkward it would be sleeping with this pillow. My current body pillow is shorter and not nearly as heavy and it is much more maneuverable. I like that one a lot more
