One of our favorite purchases. It’s comfortable on the feet, and it doesn’t move. It goes well with the teak bench we got from Wayfair as well.

I purchased this mat for my guest shower to prevent accidental slips. While it is beautifully crafted and rolls up easily, it failed my most important safety criteria. The finish on the wood causes water to bead up, making the surface quite slick. Because I have balance issues due to an illness, I cannot safely use this in the shower. It is a lovely piece of decor, but IMO it does not provide the traction I want for a wet environment. I will have to find a dry spot to use it instead.

i like the concept, and the mat is attractive, however it does fold over quite easily when kicked. it can be painful if it bunches for any reason and you step on the bunched portion barefoot. overall though, i'm satisfied as it's a very affordable teak mat option, and i can avoid all the mildew/mold that would be living in a fabric mat. if your bathroom floor is porous, i would recommend putting something washable below the mat to absorb the water, as this is obviously just going to let the water drip onto the floow.

Beautiful and well made. Joints work well. It is long but can be folded over and still lay flat. Very 'shellac shiny' and strong shellac smell when first opened but dissipates soon. Good rich color. Would recommend if you are in the market for such. I am using it mainly for looks (to cover a shower floor to help match floor) and not for wet mat purposes so I cannot attest to it's sturdiness underfoot.
