Feels cheap. Very airy dry feeling foam. Go for a cheaper bamboo kind or spend a couple hundred more for quality. Unfortunately had to return. Was firmer than the mattress!

It is indeed cooling, and it's quite firm. But it took 9 days of airing for the chemical odour to fade, which was very strong at first. And the instructions make no sense, saying both to use and not use scissors cut the plastic wraps around the topper. A plastic label on the outer wrap says to use "plastic wrap opening tool", which is provided, but not mentioned in the user guide.
