I received used sheets that had clearly been soiled by what I'm not sure about. Not sure where the responsibility to re-inspect before resale lays, whether on the specific product brand or Wayfair. Making matters even grosser, the customer service representative suggested I keep the sheets and receive a 25% refund...on used sheets.
