This cooling pillow is just the thing for hot flashes during the night. Flip it over and it is very cooling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a left side and back sleeper. When I sleep on my side I have to have my arm under the pillow. I tried sleeping like that with this pillow and it was uncomfortable. Also it didn't seem to give as much support as I figured it would. I ended up waking up with headaches. Other than that it seemed like it would be soft enough. Along with my cooling pillow case it did seem cooler than any other pillow I've had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow really helped me out with hot flashes I have in the night. Kept me cool all night and the memory’s foam just melts to your head and neck making it more comfortable to sleep, I highly recommend this pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Cooling Gel Overlay Memory Foam Contour Bed Pillow a couple days ago and already tested it out, so far I like it, restful night and fairly comfortable. I would recommend this cooling pillow to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooling Gel Overlay Memory Foam Contour Bed Pillow is amazingly comfortable and supportive. It supports and cradles the neck giving excellent comfort and stability. I slept like a baby. I love the functional aspect of this pillow. It worked well for me and I love it.
