[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely do not recommend this pillow at all if you prefer firm pillows. Definitely does not have any support whatsoever. My head sinks all the way down. I woke up with a stiff neck a few times from using this pillow. It's too soft.

It makes laying on my back or side with the foam pillow more comfortable. It is also a good height, breathes well, and doesn't retain heat. I enjoy having this memory foam pillow around! It creates better rest for me.

One side is deeper than the other so it accommodates various neck lengths. It is very supportive. I wake up without a neck ache when I use this pillow. I am a side sleeper and absolute love this. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had quite a few contour pillows, this one was about medium thickness in comparison to all. You will need to ball it up if you want to lay on your stomach to use it for any reason. Otherwise I would say it’s better suited for back sleeping than side sleeping for someone of my stature (5’4”, slim to average build). No odd scent when I opened it and very comfortable. Our house hasn’t gotten too cold lately, but this didn’t turn to a rock until it warmed up which is a win in my book!

I do think this pillow is an upgrade, but it's so small compared to my regular pillow and very small for my king size pillowcases. I wish it was bigger. The shape is comfortable and I like the memory foam.
