**Update the mattress has since been picked up but I forgot to follow up here. The pickup was quick and easy by the logistics company. I waited for the return review process as mentioned by wayfair but after a week I hadn’t heard anything. I contacted customer service and right away they were able to confirm everything and process the refund. This was frustrating since they say to wait but I had to call to check on it. I did get my refund so that’s all that matters in the end.
**Update after 2.5 weeks the mattress seemed to be sinking and was all squishynot at all supportive as it should be based on reviews. I thought maybe it was due to the bed frame I was using although it is compatible. After further research I found several reviews that state the same experience over and over again. After 3 weeks I started noticing my body was starting to ache especially my lower back. I was very disappointed since I had high hopes for the mattress and met all my needs per the description. So far I have submitted the request for return. I am waiting for the logistics coming to contact me regarding pick up. Will update as the process continues.**
I was not sure about purchasing this mattress especially since there were no reviews on Wayfair. I did do tons of research online, read reviews, watched videos, etc and found this mattress was very highly recommended for people that weigh 250lb and up (I weight around 250lb). Due to the limited space, I needed a bed that I could use as a daybedcouch as well. So far it is working well for both!
Pros The price was lower than other competitors. Made for larger peopleplus size (250lb or more) in mind. I did not realize most mattresses are only meant for people that weigh less than 250lb. I weigh around 250lb and the mattress I purchased before this one would sink shortly after I purchased and caused me back pain. This mattress is super comfy and not too firm but still supports me fully. I move around a lot at night, and I am a tummy and side sleeper. This is made specifically for side sleepers. I did splurge for the cooling top which I am not sure I can tell a difference with all the sheets (mattress protector, fitted sheet, daybed coverlet) I have on it but just in case I utilize it differently in the future I wanted to have that option. No fun sweating while you sleep.
Cons Since the mattress is 13 thick it did make finding sheets a little difficult. I understand it has to be this thick for the features and for it to do all the great things it does so not really a con. I had to purchase a different bedframe. I originally had an 18 bedframe to allow for storage underneath but with this mattress (18 13 31 tall) I had to literally climb in and slide out of the bed. I ended up purchasing a 6 (6 13 19) bedframe which is working perfectly since I am utilizing as a couch as well. The bed was delivered with nothing but the mattress. I found it kind of odd but the instructions are simple and the outside of the box showed the 3 easy steps for setup. I just figured for the price I would get some kind of fancy pamphlet, warranty, etc along with it. update
