A little more scratchy than anticipated. Hopefully will softed up with regular washing.

It has that sturdy cotton feel and I expect that it will hold up well over time. I like the weight of the quilt paired with cotton sheets in the summer, although you may need to add a thicker blanket or fleece sheets if you plan to use the quilt in winter. Overall, I am very pleased!
