Coussin Goose

The pillow I received had a noticeable amount of long hair on it and it was a stinky. I suspect the pillow was used and had been returned. The pillow was a high down count, which I was looking for, so instead of going through the hassle of returning it and trying to find another pillow, I washed it and kept it. However, the high price I paid certainly wasn’t for a used pillow. The experience was unsatisfactory, and I don’t feel comfortable ordering anything in the future.

I bought a similar Brooks Brothers Pillow from a local store, one with a far lower down-to-feather ratio. It couldn't hold a candle to this one. Very glad I bought from Wayfair. Yes, marginally more expensive for this majority down fill but well worthwhile.
