Absolutely love this pillow firm and holds its shape.

I was so excited about this. The pillow looks beautiful — comes with a two layer pillow case and then a pillow insert inside that, which also has a zipper, and that contains the wool. It also feels so rich! It comes a bit compressed, in a cotton bag inside a plastic sleeve, but after a few minutes and some plumping it plumps up nicely. I also love the idea of the wool. It had a firm feel initially on the head, but after plumping it was a bit bouncier. However, BE AWARE you cannot wash this pillow! The item’s materials tag very specifically states that only the outer cover is washable — not the actual pillow insert. And the listing doesn’t say that at all. Since it’s important to wash bed pillows every so often….I very sadly returned it.

Way too hard. Decided to keep it anyway, as a pillow when I want to sit up and read.

To me it's a "Firm," not a "Medium," and a zipper to adjust that would've been fantastic. But overall a great pillow.
