This inflatable car mattress has several thoughtful features and seems to be good quality overall. It measures approximately 55 inches long by 35 inches wide, so it is compact and designed more for short-term use in the back seat of a vehicle than for replacing a full-size air mattress.
Mine arrived in a dark gray or black color even though the product photos showed blue. The color difference does not bother me, but it may matter to some customers.
One of the best features is that the mattress and the two supporting legs have separate air chambers. This allows the legs to be inflated when using it across a vehicle’s back seat, or left deflated when placing the mattress on a flat surface such as the ground or floor.
It also comes with a useful set of accessories, including two inflatable pillows, two eye masks, two patch kits, a storage bag, and a pump with three different nozzle sizes. Inflation was fairly straightforward, and the mattress fit nicely in the back seat of our vehicle.
The reason I am giving it four stars rather than five is the comfort level. It is not nearly as comfortable as the standard air mattresses I already own, and I would not choose it for regular sleeping. However, I got it as an emergency or travel option in case my family or I ever need to rest or sleep in the car for a few hours or even overnight. It could definitely do the job in a pinch, and children may find it more comfortable than an adult would.
Overall, it is a practical and versatile product with several nice features, but the comfort level is best suited to occasional or emergency use rather than a full night’s sleep on a regular basis.
