My daughter is on the spectrum and I heard a lot of positive things about weighted blankets. I bought this one and it was perfect. She only used it for a week before she decided she didn’t like it.

Its so dang heavy lol! You'll need 2 people to put the thing in the Duvet cover or you'll be cursing life while you try to stuff the thing like a thanksgiving turkey... I got the King... it might not be as bad on a smaller size. If you toss and turn at night.... You won't anymore because you're smothered under so much weight... you can't move! lol! Good luck! And yes... I still like it after 2 years of owning it.
