I’m sleeping so much better because this pillow gives the total support I need for my neck, back, hips and knees. The kapok filling stays cool and I could not be happier. I would recommend this to anyone struggling with back pain.

Thickness is perfect, keeps me on my side and supports everything. Its hard to change position though-i pretty much have to fully wake up to reorient the pillow to get in the new position.
