I ordered this item for my Dad and because UPS has delivered items that were broken, I asked for the item to be carefully wrapped, and that "fragile" stickers be placed on the outside of the box, and neither was accomplished, and yes, UPS BROKE THE ITEM INTO PIECES! Also, the item is advertised as being made in "AMERICA" , however, it is made in MEXICO!!!!!! We forgive all!
