I was initially really excited about this fun duvet set but when it arrived it didn’t include the pillow shams. I reported that and instead of sending me just the pillow shams they said they were going to send the whole thing again. It arrived and again no pillow shams. I tried to return both duvet covers but they said it was ineligible because they had sent me a replacement. Very frustrating. I just want to return it for a full refund!
