Have never bought an open box item before but thought I would on this because I love the quality, softness and colours of these duvet sets from this company. It arrived packaged as if it was brand new except the plastic had been opened on one side. It was evident the way the pieces were folded that it hadn’t been out of the plastic package! Very happy!
