The colors are bright it is somewhat light weight, which is what I was looking for. However, the design on the cover is a much bigger pattern than on the pillow shams. The pattern on the pillow sham looks like detailed work the pattern on the comforter is so large that it’s almost gaudy. It’s just a personal preference.
