Disappointed......it appears in the picture to have some dimension but it is just a flat fabric. Because it is non refundable I will have to live with it but not what the picture represents

This curtain is not textured and looks nothing like the picture. Colors are dark and not vibrant as it appears. The worst part is that it is not eligible for return (which is listed nowhere in the description!) so I’m stuck paying for something I will never use. Would give zero stars if I could.
