This was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. On Friday it said it was delivered with a picture of the package. I don't know where it was delivered to, but it was not my house. When I contacted Wayfair I was told I had to wait a full week before I could get a refund or have it reordered. I will call tomorrow to have it reordered and then I will never, EVER order from Wayfair again. Customer service was dismissive and uncaring. The delivery date on the other item I ordered was changed to July 9-13. It hasn't even been shipped yet, even though it is coming from Massachusetts. I cannot put into words how disgusted I am with this company, and again, I will NEVER use Wayfair again. I'm trying to figure out how to leave a scathing Google review. Hopefully I'll figure it out and warn people away from this company.
