It is sad when you buy a soap dispenser with a pump and the pump only last two years max with intermittent use. Luckily, I went back to the site where I purchased my set (Wayfair), and discovered that a diecast metal pump was available. Will it last longer than two years? Time will tell. The problem with these pumps is the spring that used. I have my doubts. Just because they glamorize (Chrome to Brushed Stainless) the outside, it appears the interior (pump) is identical to the malfunctioning pump. No modification have been implemented.

Their customer service is very good. I had one missing piece on my order. One short phone call and the resent the entire order. Definitely a thumbs up.

These bottle pumps work well and should be used in the liquid soap dispenser to begin with. These were replacements.
