Terrible product. It does not have a zipper and has a 14-inch depth. Not as described on the website at all. Further because it is a fitted cover - not a zipped one - it has side pieces. These are flimsy and cheap. The cost of $63.++ is an amazing rip-off. Further I have been trying to get Wayfair to allow a return and have so far had no luck.

This pillow is so versatile because it keeps its shape and is easily adjustable. I tend to switch up pillow thickness and firmness and end up with too many pillows so this one is great because I can remove/add fibers depending how I’m feeling. The bonus travel pillow is a great add on too as we travel a lot
