This is exactly as advertised. Works great. Smooth up and down. Massage works well with three levels. Night light under bed. USB ports under both sides. Fit my split queen mattress perfectly. seems pretty heavy duty.

I was very concerned about how difficult it would be to set up. Seeing the weight made me more concerned, but it turned out okay. One small issue with a USB port, bu TV I’m sure try will make it right.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Box came severely damaged and product didn't have all parts that was supposed to come with it. Tried taking with the company customer service which was zero help and combative about trying to get me the parts. Wayfair stepped in and got the parts ordered but they didn't get all the parts ordered or delivered either. If the box was still serviceable I would put the frame back in it send it back. THE WORST PURCHASE and CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Very nice I love it and it’s quiet. Easy to set up and install it. It’s just a little heavy. It takes two people to put together.

The bed frame came already put together only had to install the legs, works perfect. We love that we found it on wayfair .
