Installing new tile, covering all three walls, from tub to ceiling, new fixtures adding a bright can light over the tub adds interest height to our newly expanded spare bath … PERFECT CURTAIN …height, fabric color !! Walling off eliminating the original bath access, from the hallway the small, inefficient linen closet next to it, provides enough, additional space more gracious feel. Pulled the dated 30”vanity from the floor, the medicine chest developer grade light bar. (Saving the mirrored medicine chest for possible use elsewhere). Added a more contemporary 40” wall mount vanity, to the new wall, adjacent to the previous “vanity wall” … topped with an over sized LED mirror. Allowing our new large format floor tile to continue under the wall mount vanity, tricks the eye, making the space appear larger. ALL new Bath fixtures, tile, vanity, LED mirror, additional lighting fan of course shower curtain from WAYFARER !! A recycled pocket door provides privacy for our NEW en suite bath. Access is now, through the BRs updated open concept, walk-in now “pass through”closet. New freestanding Wayfarer brass closet organizers, thoughtfully placed mirrors, as well as the now ceiling high, slightly widened, entrance create a more seamless transition, with space for dressing a larger, more private polished en suite bath for the previously underwhelming 2bed bath.
