Not as slippery as I expected sateen to be. I ordered it because the sateen sheet on my other bed means no pain with turning in bed. (So slippery my head would slide off the pillow cases) This one falls short on that. I can't see why this sheet costs so much, and 17" pocket size means way too many wrinkles on an ordinary mattress.

One star because the sheet fits well and goes on the mattress easily. The fabric is rough and scratchy. I pre-washed carefully following the instructions and am hoping that with a few subsequent washes it will change but I am doubtful.
