I just returned this item. I thought it was very elegant, but I missed that the band at the bottom is not grey threads, but is actually white, and you are seeing a shadow in the photo. If my space was a bit more formalhotel-like, I would keep this in a heartbeat, though. It was clearly well-made and worth the pricevalue.

Very flimsy and fell apart when washed once.
