Very comfortable to wear does way better than I really thought it was going to pretty impressed

This came free with my bed purchase, wouldn’t have normally bought it... but it is pretty cool

The massaging neck pillow is made well. The pillow is a little too firm and too thick to conform to your neck. It does come with finger loops so you can pull the pillow down to make contact with your neck. Its pretty quiet while working and you can feel the heat when switched on.

tried multiple times and different ways to charge it but it would never work so we just tossed it in the electronic recycling pile since it cant be used

The item works good, I do wish the controls had something on them so you could feel them and be able to adjust without removing
