This firm mattress is exactly what i needed. My last one was too soft and my back was aching. I haven’t had neck or back pain since getting this one. It is the perfect size too

It’s overall a good mattress but it’s still a sinking feeling for something that’s considered firm. The bottom edge of mattress is not fun because it bends a lot

The first mattress I bought was a Helix Dawn medium firmness. It ended up being too soft for my liking. I bought another one, a firm Helix Dawn. I gave the medium mattress to a relative who absolutely loves it. The firm mattress that I bought is the best mattress I've slept on in my 65 years of existence. I used to have terrible back pain upon waking up in the mornings. That back pain went away after I started sleeping on the firm mattress. Yesterday I visited my 89-year-old mother and she showed me her spring mattress which is only 6 years old, but it is absolutely worthless. I have convinced her to buy a helix because that's how impressed I am with the Helix mattress. You know I love them when I will convince my 89-year-old mother to buy one. Another awesome service of Helix is they delivered the mattress to your door and if you choose they will bring the mattress in and haul away your old one which was wonderful for me because I'm disabled. It will be wonderful for my mother because of her age

The mattress is firm and breathable. I originally tried the Twilight but the Dawn was definitely the more comfortable mattress for me as a stomach sleeper. I am also able to sit up in bed without sinking down too much.

Love it! Lower back pain left at least 2 weeks after use.
