It’s terrible we can feel the springs and it’s noisier

Love the center of the bed. It’s pretty close to perfect. But all the edges fall off dramatically. I will be returning.

We love the feel and support. It is a little hotter than we expected espeically since we paid for additional features to improve cooling.

Mattress feels great, nice and firm. I have noticed hip pain has returned though.

Not really any different from my old mattress except this one was 3 times the amount! AND I never received my mattress cover

I watched a lot of mattress reviews. A lot. I wasn’t able to find a Twilight Luxe to try in-store before purchasing online, but I knew I liked my friend’s older Moonlight Luxe (the quality - I’m aware it’s a much softer model) and I knew I wanted something similar in firmness to the Japanese futon I was transitioning from. I did try a Midnight Luxe in store (no cooling cover, just the standard), and if you aren’t sure what to buy, there’s a reason that’s the model the quiz will most likely suggest for you - it’s very comfy. However, I went with my first impulse to get the firmer Twilight, and I’m glad I did. There are some times when I wish I had a slightly softer sleep surface, but I can add a topper for those times. Otherwise, the Twilight is the perfect mattress. Firm support without hurting my joints (a bit softer than my futon, but still allowing me to completely relax), a little springiness so I don’t feel stuck, and quality materials that seem like they’ll last a good long while. My only complaint, if it can be called that, is that they removed the side handles after my friend got hers. These are not light mattresses. (Open them where they are going to go. ) Oh, and even with just the standard Tencel cover, I sleep much cooler than on other mattresses - glad I didn’t spend extra on the cooling cover, but I know some prefer that.

We are very happy with our new helix twilight luxe. Our sleep quality has increased significantly and we don’t have back pain anymore. When we travel and have to sleep somewhere else we miss it!!!

Exactly what we were looking for in a mattress, firm, cooling, and a comfortable sleep.

The mattress came in on , time simple setup. Comfortable, time will tell if good for my back.

I do not have enough support in lumbar area. I would like to return it please
