It is horrible

I purchased the Helix Sunset Elite Queen size after having neck problems with my current posterpedic mattress, and my wife having back problems with our current one. We tried numerous different brands and types of mattresses, and this was the only one that satisfied both of us - I'm a side sleeper and am 6ft 170lbs, and my wife is a back sleeper that is 5'2" and 160lbs. We've been using it for about 3-4 weeks and absolutely love it! I don't notice any cooling effect of the topper on this that it claims, but that does not impact my happiness with the mattress.

Bought for my 80 year old mother... She sleep like never before... only issue is that it moves around alot when getting in bed and such...Twin is to light weight I guess

Went with the Twin XL Helix Sunset Elite, had to get the extended length being 6’,5”. lean build. helpful notes: got a protective waterproof cover for it to keep the mattress really clean, and after the first couple of nights, found it wasn’t plush enough for me. Going off the previous setup, I was up until recently in time sleeping on a cabela camping cot with a queen foam topper folded hotdog-style so i’d have the cushioning covered for the previous 3 years. while going off that sort of reference point; made me opt to grab a Temperpedic Cloud twin XL topper and that with this mattress has made this setup become something I genuinely look forward to laying on at the end of the day, everyday. Matched with the helix ultimate adjustable pillow on defualt full stuffing/double unzipped with a fleece company pillow cover, and japanese joinery style bedframe, has so far been a substantial improvement to my overall quality of sleep; I wake up a fair bit less achey, more relaxed, deeper sleep, more dreams, all-around great things to notate about for the plushness/support this provides. just be sure to get to bed on-time, it makes you not want to get out of bed as much haha. in reality this is just one of many setups out there, once you find the right combo that your body enjoys most and really take some time to get the feel for, makes you not want to change to anything else after awhile.

I decided to get this mattress after reading reviews on how this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. I've had this mattress for a few weeks now and I'm still waiting for the cloud like feeling. I'm 5'4 and weigh 137 lbs and I'm a side sleeper and I have to continuously shift my body because my hips get sore from the mattress not being soft enough. My last mattress that I had I had to get a topper for the bed and I was hoping to avoid it with this bed but it looks like I'll have to make an additional purchase buying one elsewhere. I mainly got this mattress because I was ready to upgrade from my last mattress from a different company that I had for a long time and the mattress wasn't comfortable anymore. This mattress is definitely an upgrade from the previous one. I had to put a 6" foam topper on just to make that comfortable. With the Helix mattress I won't need a topper that aggressive. My sleep I would say improved a little bit but once the mattress becomes softer I know that will only get better. I'm only disappointed in the fact that the mattress isn't as soft as expected when I mainly sleep on my side. I feel as if the tossing and turning I do at night will stop once I buy a topper.
